Free Introduction to Tai Chi


Tai Chi Chuan is a system of movement, meditation, and self-defense from ancient Chinese culture. The Tai Chi form consists of a sequence of postures, strung together in smooth, slow, continuous movement. Come experience our unique team teaching approach.
