Tai Chi Chuan is a system of movement, meditation, and self-defense from ancient Chinese culture. The Tai Chi form consists of a sequence of postures, strung together in smooth, slow, continuous movement. Professor Cheng Man-Ching's First Third was designed specifically for health and as qigong, and is the most widely practiced form of Tai Chi in the world.
Each 1-hour online Zoom class will include qigong, meditation, and form work.
