Come to the first class for free. You can then decide if you want to take the course. In this class, you will learn the beginning third of the Yang style short form.

Format: a one-hour and 15 minutes class once per week

Where: St. Marks, 1509 Ridge Ave., Evanston IL.

When: Saturdays 04/15/2023 - 06/17/2023 @ 10:00 am – 11:15 am

Tuition: $175 (or $75 if you have taken B1 with The Human Process in the past).

Tuition includes tai chi shoes and a poster.
