Open to all who are interested in authentic Tai Chi. In this course you will learn the 1st third of Professor Cheng's Yang Style Short Form. Our ten-week B1 class will include one hour of Tai Chi and a weekly video to support your at home practice. We look forward to seeing you IN PERSON at St. Mark's Church, 1509 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL.

Doors will open at 8:45 am.
