The Human Process is offering a B2 Beginning Tai Chi Zoom class. Tuesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm Chicago time starting January 24, 2023.

Throughout this training you will deepen your knowledge of the Principles and note that it will become easier to relax into the work. This level of the form focuses on strengthening the Chi circulating through your joints.

Recordings available

This class is intended to be attended "live" via zoom and will be recorded just in case you miss class and/or want to go back and listen to the instruction again.

Cost: $125 USD for one-hour class per week for 10 weeks, $75 if repeating with The Human Process. Information about payment will be emailed after you register. Payable by Zelle, check or PayPal.
